IJIS and PDMP TTAC staff members are available during posted office hours to provide assistance with general issues or concerns related to connecting to the hub. To schedule an appointment, select an available date and time from the list. These sessions—available on a first-come, first-served basis—will give project directors and their designated staff members the opportunity to ask in-depth, state-specific questions that are nontechnical in nature. These may be questions about the memorandum of understanding (MOU) or about future steps in the process. If your questions are more technical or IT oriented, please schedule instead under the Technical Office Hours page. A request for a meeting during office hours should be made 48 hours in advance. Please cancel 48 hours in advance to free up time for other states if you determine that you no longer need the appointment.
